March is the beginning of Income tax season and Circuit Breaker
applications. Calumet Township offers free assistance for both of these services throughout April for our area seniors. To make an appointment
or inquire about our free senior transportation, please call 708.388.6606.
The Calumet Township Community Center is an Early Voting site Monday through Saturday between the hours of 9am-5pm starting on February 27th and ends on March 15th.
• 2/23 – Hyde Park Trip – DuSable Museum Trip & Pearl’s Place – 10:00am – $25
• 2/24 – Herb Gardening – Cook County Master Gardener – 11:00am – FREE
• 2/28- Casino Trip – Coach bus to Horseshoe Casino – 10:00am – $5
• Mondays – March – Introduction to Wii – 10:30am – FREE
• 3/1 – Movie Day – The Blind Side – 12:30pm – FREE
• 3/8 – Gypsy – Drury Lane – 10:15 am – $55
• 3/14 – MetroSouth Speaker on Nutrition – 11:00am – FREE
• 3/29 – Always…Patsy Cline – Theater at the Center – 11:15am – $60
